Fellowship activities and small groups connect you with others in the congregation. While some groups focus on a particular demographic, all activities are open to all people — members and visitors alike! Just watch the bulletin or website for upcoming events and sign up on your attendance sheet at church. Current groups include:

Book Clubs: Each book club meets monthly to discuss the group’s book of choice for the month. Check the weekly bulletin for specific date, time, and location to find the one that fits your schedule.

Craft Group: Meeting on the 2nd Wednesday each month, this group offers you a chance to visit with others while working on your favorite craft project.

Easter Egg Hunt: Children ages 0 to 5th grade and their parents gather for fun activities and an Easter Egg Hunt on the church grounds.

First Place 4 Health: Are you looking for an evening Bible study— one that will meet your spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical needs with weight loss as a bonus? First Place may be what you are looking for. This group meets for 13-week sessions.

Golden and Silver Fellowship: Our most active fellowship group, this group of people aged 50 plus meets regularly for great activities, service projects, and member care.

Ladies’ Night Out and Men’s Night Out: Watch the bulletin for these evenings out with the gals/guys. Enjoy a meal at a local restaurant, some time with Christian friends, and a break from doing the dishes!

Lutheran Night at the Braves: Lutherans from throughout the Atlanta area and its surroundings attend a Braves game together in the summer of each year.

Men’s Softball Team: Every spring and summer the men participate in a Lutheran Softball League. Any able body is welcome.

Paint and Palette Club: Learn to advance your skills in drawing and painting. This group meets twice a month in Rooms 6 and 7. Newcomers are welcome.

Trunk or Treat: This yearly event is for the whole family. Children dress in costume and “trunk or treat” to decorated car trunks for candy and treats. There is also a costume contest, games, and a dance party.

Women’s Ministry: The women of the congregation can choose from a Bible study, an annual retreat, and Ladies’ Night Out.
